John Sweet

John Sweet has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. John began their career in 1985 as an Officer in the U.S Navy, specializing in the Nuclear Power Program. During their time in the Navy, they completed various training programs and served on the USS Thach. In 1992, John joined Waldron Engineering & Construction, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, eventually working their way up to Lead Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Director of Project Management, and currently holds the position of President. In 2008, they also became the Vice President of Waldron Engineering of New York, P.C. Overall, John Sweet has a strong background in engineering, project management, and leadership roles.

John Sweet earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1981 to 1985. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, completing it in 1994. Additionally, John obtained various certifications as a Professional Engineer in several states, including Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Virginia, New Jersey, and California.
