Karar Barcha

Karar Barcha has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Karar is currently the Founder of Charagar Foundation, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Lead at WALEE since July 2019. Before that, Karar worked as a Web Developer at Upwork starting in 2015. Karar also served as a Frontend Developer at Locopixel Pvt. Ltd from September 2017 to April 2020. Additionally, Karar held the position of Frontend Developer at Nsol "Global Desk for IT and BPO Solutions" from November 2016 to August 2017. Karar worked as a Web Developer at Brisk Solution from April 2016 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Karar worked as a Front-end Web Developer at uExel from November 2014 to April 2016. Karar also has experience as a Graphic Designer at uElect from June 2015 to September 2015. Karar's earliest role was as an IT Manager at Al-Qaim Associates & Developers from February 2014 to September 2014.

Karar Barcha obtained a BB-IT (CS) degree from Karakoram International University Gilgit (KIU) between 2010 and 2014. In July 2014, they also obtained a certification in Web & Graphic Designing from KADO i-Tech.
