James Balman

James Balman is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovation expert with a strong background in founding and leading technology-driven companies. Balman is currently the Founder of Walela since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Innovation Lead & Founder at a confidential company and founding Impact Mitigation Consultants, which focuses on bridging gaps in insurance claim settlements and vendor estimates. Balman has also co-founded Prenatal Hope Inc. as CTO and was the founder of Contents.com, which was acquired in 2020. Prior roles include Innovation Manager at PK Technology and VP at a confidential firm, where responsibilities included team management, compliance reporting, and process design. Balman holds a Master's degree in Innovation Design from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Concordia University Chicago.
