Marla Stack

Marla Stack has extensive experience in fundraising and development, currently serving as the Director of Major Giving and Institutional Relations at Walker Art Center since November 2004, where additional responsibilities include directing special projects fundraising. Prior positions include Development & Marketing Director and Interim Executive Director at Minnesota Center for Book Arts from July 2001 to October 2004, as well as Development Specialist focusing on Major & Planned Giving at Nebraska Public Television and Radio Networks from January 2000 to June 2001. Marla also held roles as Marketing Consultant at Dendro Marketing and Grants Coordinator/Major & Planned Giving Associate at the National Arbor Day Foundation. Marla Stack holds a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Advertising, Marketing, English, and Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in May 1993.
