Tabetha Allen

Tabetha Allen, CSHS, currently serves as the Safety Director at Walker Construction since June 2025. Previously, Tabetha worked as a Safety Management Coordinator at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye from March 2023 to June 2025, and as the Health & Safety Human Performance Director at Johnson Companies, Inc. from September 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included conducting compliance inspections and participating in accident investigations. Tabetha's expertise in managing environmental health and safety matters was demonstrated at Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC, during tenures as both EHS Coordinator and in the role of Confined Space Attendant, leading to significant improvements in safety standards and zero accidents for 16 months. Tabetha holds several OSHA certifications from Eastern Kentucky University and earned a diploma in General Studies from Morgan County High School.
