Eric Norris

Eric Norris has a diverse work experience in the field of capital markets and investment sales. Eric is currently working as the Director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Director, also in the Capital Markets department, from March 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Eric worked at Berkadia from September 2014 to March 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Associate Director of Investment Sales from October 2018 to March 2021. Eric initially started at Berkadia as an Analyst in September 2014, and they held that role until October 2018.

Eric's earlier work experience includes a role as a Marketing Specialist at Western Canadian Properties Group from May 2012 to June 2014. In this role, they were involved in various marketing projects for residential properties in cities such as Dawson Creek and Fort St. John in Northeastern BC.

Eric Norris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Langara College, completing their education from 2010 to 2014.
