Steve Winograd

Steve Winograd holds the position of Partner and Head of Risk Management at PennantPark Investment Advisers, LLC, where responsibilities include originating, structuring, executing, and managing investments, alongside overseeing credit risk. In addition, Steve serves as a Director on the Board of Managers at Walker Edison Furniture Company LLC and held a directorship at Mspark, LLC, a prominent provider of marketing services, until August 2023. Previously, Steve acted as an Independent Director for Shopko Stores and Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, playing key roles in overseeing restructuring efforts and negotiations during significant transitions.
