Candace Mccarty

Candace McCarty is an experienced professional in health care administration and management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Walker Methodist since April 2014. In this role, Candace has also held titles such as Executive Director and Resident Services Director, focusing on addressing resident needs and fostering relationships with resident families. Previously, Candace worked at Sunrise Senior Living from June 2008 to March 2014 as the Assisted Living Director, overseeing the Assisted Living Neighborhood and supervising the care team. Earlier in the career, Candace served as a CNA/Shift Lead, providing direct care to assisted living residents and building strong connections with families. Candace earned a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree from Bethel University.
