Dave Thompson has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and customer relations. Currently serving as the Compliance and Conduct Manager at Walker Morris LLP since March 2020, Dave leads risk management functions and collaborates with various departments to ensure best practices and staff training. Previously, at Direct Line Group from September 2005 to September 2019, Dave held multiple roles including Lead FOS Data & M.I Analyst, where responsibilities included improving operational processes to minimize complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Other positions included Customer Relations Team Leader, Business Analyst, and Customer Relations Case Handler, where skills in leadership, team management, and process implementation were developed and refined.
