Ricky Walker

Ricky Walker is a Senior Associate at Walker Morris LLP, with extensive experience in finance commercial law, including institutional finance, acquisition finance, group restructuring, and debt diligence for national and international corporate acquisitions. Prior to this role, Ricky worked as an Associate focusing on various banking matters and completed a training contract at Addleshaw Goddard, gaining experience as a trainee and paralegal in the Finance & Projects team. Earlier career experience includes a paralegal position at Eversheds, conducting a review of potentially miss-sold interest rate hedging products. Ricky holds a Legal Practice Course degree from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hull.
