Rowena Summers

Rowena Summers has an extensive background in employment law, beginning as a paralegal at Squire Patton Boggs and Addleshaw Goddard before advancing to roles such as assistant solicitor and associate solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where expertise in discrimination law was demonstrated. Transitioning to consultancy, Rowena currently advises and represents employers and employees through positions at Haddletons, Walker Morris LLP, and Fladgate LLP, while also providing training and HR support. Additionally, Rowena holds a position as Co-Vice Chair of Governors at Aberford C E Primary School, contributing to governance in education. Educational qualifications include a BA Honours in Law and Philosophy from The University of Hull and completion of the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, York.
