Luke Ballard is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and heavy civil engineering. Currently serving as a Resident Project Representative at Walker Partners Engineers | Surveyors since March 2020, Luke oversees multiple projects valued between $500K and $25MM, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager at Vaughn Construction, where Luke managed significant projects within the Texas Medical Center, and as a Superintendent Intern at APAC Wheeler Companies Inc., where Luke directed heavy civil work on a regional airport project. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2017.
