Michael Clough

Michael Clough, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water resources and utility management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Walker Partners Engineers | Surveyors since December 2021, Michael specializes in pumping, water conveyance, and treatment systems, continuing part-time after retirement in June 2025. Previous roles include Utility Design Manager at T2 Utility Engineers, overseeing utility coordination for the Grand Parkway in Houston, and Senior Project Manager/Agricultural Engineer at Cardno, managing municipal and agricultural water projects in South Florida and Texas.
