Joyce Lim

Joyce Lim is a seasoned architectural professional with a diverse background in design, project management, and data analytics. Currently serving as Job Captain at Walker Warner since May 2025 and as Director of Data Analytics at CAKE PICNIC since 2023, Joyce has also founded Sohntaste, a blog that explores the intersection of food and Korean-American identity through recipe development and content creation. Previous experience includes positions at MEDIUM PLENTY and Handel Architects as Job Captain and Project Designer, respectively, where Joyce was involved in developing design sets for multifamily buildings and managing client and consultant meetings. Joyce's career began at KTGY as a Designer, leading residential projects from design to construction, and transitioned through roles at Sidell Pakravan Architects, where high-end residential projects were executed, and various internships at UC Berkeley. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a focus on Sustainable Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
