Shraddha Maladkar

Shraddha Maladkar is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in the luxury goods, jewelry, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a People and Culture Manager at Walking Tree, they are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment. Shraddha began their career at Jet Airways, where they gained insights into customer experience, before transitioning to marketing operations at Imaginarium and serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Walking Tree. Their passion for HR led them to excel as a Senior HR Manager, where they focus on human-centric HR practices and talent management strategies. Shraddha holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management and is pursuing an HRBP Executive Development Programme at XLRI.
