Balaji V is a results-driven Delivery Manager and Program Leader with over 16 years of experience in project management, Agile transformation, and pre-sales strategy. Balaji previously served as a Principal Architect at WalkingTree Technologies, where they redesigned the Microsoft practice strategy and streamlined solution delivery. Earlier, they held various roles, including Senior Analyst and Project Lead at Verizon Data Services, Technical Project Manager at HexaCorp, and Project Manager at QuessGTS, where they achieved significant improvements in team performance and delivery metrics. Balaji is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
