Chris Jones is currently serving as the Director of Named Accounts at WalkMe™, a leading digital adoption platform that enhances workflows through personalized guidance and automation. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director of Sales for the Midwest and Canada at NICE CXone, following the acquisition of Moxie, an intelligent customer engagement platform. Chris is also the founder of Neanderthal Fire Company, which was acquired in January 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Account Executive at Lightwell Inc., specializing in optimizing business processes, and as Brand Specialist in Commerce Sales at IBM. Chris holds a BS in Organizational Communication, Business from Ohio University.
