Hila Eizenberger

Hila Eizenberger is an experienced HR and corporate systems professional with a strong background in human resources development and information systems. Currently serving as the HR & Corporate Systems Team Lead at WalkMe™ since March 2019, Hila specializes in HR information systems, particularly as a Workday Pro in Human Capital Management. Prior experience includes various roles at IBM from August 2007 to March 2019, encompassing Workforce Leader, HR Information Systems, Learning Partner, and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. Hila began her career at Cryo-Cell as a Marketing and Customer Service Representative from September 2005 to July 2007. Hila holds an MBA in Human Resources Development and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology, both from Bar-Ilan University, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2009.
