Iris Pappo

Iris Pappo is WalkMe’s EVP, General Counsel, leading global legal strategy. With deep expertise in international commercial law, Iris specializes in complex cross-border transactions, joint ventures, technology licensing, and M&A across industries. Over her career, she has represented Israeli companies and global corporations across Asia, Europe, and the US. Before joining WalkMe, Iris was a Senior Partner in the Hi-Tech Department at Shibolet & Co., and previously co-founded several firms, including BFP & Co. and the Eitan Mehulal Law Group. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Attorney at the Israel Antitrust Authority, where she helped lead significant market reforms.
