Sharon Einstein is a seasoned services leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of Professional Services at WalkMe™, where they lead the Professional Services strategy across EMEA and collaborate globally post-WalkMe's IPO and integration with SAP. With extensive experience in team development, operational excellence, and customer success, Sharon has played a pivotal role in scaling operations and implementing effective strategies within the organization. Previously, they held various positions including Manager of Customer Value & Services and Technical & Solutions Enablement Manager, where they focused on enhancing delivery frameworks and customer satisfaction. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv and a diploma as an SAP instructor from the Israel Defense Forces.
