Steve Polaski

Steve Polaski is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Customer Centric Innovation Lead Architect at WalkMe™, where responsibilities include overseeing the delivery and operations of the Workflow Accelerator technology to enhance customer workflows. Prior to this role, Steve held various senior positions at Illumina, including Sr Director of Enterprise Architecture, where Steve aligned technology investments with business strategies and led information governance practices. With extensive experience at Qualcomm as VP of IT Architect & Platform Services, Steve managed multiple enterprise architecture teams and platforms. Earlier career roles include positions at Gateway, Advanced Software Technology Inc., Sybase, Synon, and IBM, contributing to expertise in enterprise architecture, data governance, and software development. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Allegheny Community College.
