Hannah Bones is an accomplished professional in operations and guest experience management, currently serving as the North America Fulfillment Manager and Operations Workflow & Project Management Lead at Walks since July 2021. Previously, from October 2017 to July 2020, Hannah held several roles at Walks including Guest Experience Supervisor, Assistant Operations Specialist, and Product Developer. Notable achievements include creating a comprehensive training manual for the Global Guest Experience program and successfully training a team of 12 specialists on a diverse range of global walking tours. Hannah also contributed significantly to operational efficiency by developing instruction manuals for mass purchases and spearheading the management of ticket inventory for the Vatican. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Louisiana State University, earned in 2015.
