James Grimshaw

James Grimshaw has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at SAFE I سيف, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Business Officer at WalkSafe starting in July 2021. In 2022, they joined Modus Concept Group (MCG) as a Senior Business Advisor & Board Member. James also has experience as the Owner of GriffinWood since January 2021.

Earlier in their career, James held positions at Premiershield as a Non-Executive Director & Board Advisor from November 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at GardaWorld in various roles, including Vice President Commercial from February 2016 to May 2020 and Vice President Business Process & Integration from October 2013 to February 2016. Additionally, James served as the Managing Director International at GardaWorld from September 2009 to October 2013.

Prior to their roles at GardaWorld, James worked at the United Nations Development Programme as the Regional Head of UN Disarmament Programme - Afghanistan in 2003. James also served as the Ceasefire Monitoring Mission Project Director - Aceh, Indonesia at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) from June 2002 to January 2003.

James started their career in the British Army as a Captain in the Royal Armoured Corps from 1995 to 2001.

James Grimshaw's education history begins in 1982 when they attended The Grange School. However, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
