Stephanie Ritchie

Stephanie Ritchie is the Head of Crime, Insights & Intelligence at Mitie and a Senior Crime Analyst at WalkSafe. With a career that spans the public and private sectors, they have extensive experience in crime analysis and intelligence. Stephanie has trained and managed a team of analysts, provided analytical support for national-level operations, and has been recognized as a finalist for the OSPA 2023 ‘Outstanding Security Consultant’ award. They previously worked as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst with Thames Valley Police, contributing to significant investigations into organized crime. Stephanie holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Applied Criminology from the University of Derby.
