Wall Financial Corporation has been at the leading edge of Vancouverism — creating the mixed-use residential and commercial developments, which together with the preservation of heritage buildings and creation of cultural spaces, ensure a vibrant downtown core and liveable neighborhoods throughout the day and night. The award-winning downtown Wall Centre is recognized as an iconic and distinctive landmark and was awarded the “Skyscraper of the Year” in 2001.

Since its founding, Wall Financial Corporation has developed more than 25,000 homes including over 15,000 rental units in Metro Vancouver, as well as two major hotels, which offer 921 rooms and some of the City’s premier space for conventions.
