Patrick Dillon

Patrick Dillon is the managing director at Wall Street Options. Patrick has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Patrick has worked in a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, and non-profit.

Dillon started their career as a contract recruiter with CIBC in 2004. Patrick was quickly promoted to campus recruiter and then to VP, Recruiting. In 2012, they left CIBC to join Lloyds Bank | North America as VP, Recruiting. Patrick left Lloyds in 2014 to join Visible Alpha as Director of Human Resources.

In 2020, Dillon joined Wall Street Options as Financial Services Recruitment. Patrick was promoted to managing director in October 2020.

Dillon has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Toronto.

Patrick Dillon attended Manhattanville College, where they earned a BA in Psychology.
