Peter Tsang

Peter Tsang is a private equity professional with twenty years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience. They are the Co-Chief Investment Officer of The Riverside Company's Riverside Capital Appreciation Fund (RCAF), where they oversee investment selection, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of private equity investments. They launched the firm’s Education and Training investment effort and served as the industry sector head globally, and currently focus on investing in Tech-Enabled Business Services and Software companies. They completed more than 40 acquisitions and sale transactions totaling over $3 billion of value for RCAF and hold portfolio management responsibilities including chair and board member roles at multiple portfolio companies; they earned a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
