Tzally Greenberg

Tzally Greenberg is an accomplished journalist and academic with extensive experience in economics and public policy. Currently serving as the Israel correspondent for Defense News since August 2023, Tzally has also reported and commented on economics and capital markets for Walla!, Maariv Online, and Maariv since March 2021. Previously, Tzally worked at Calcalist as a capital market reporter and economic commentator from August 2018 to March 2021. In academia, Tzally has lectured on macro, micro, and engineering economics at Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem since 2010, while also holding roles in the Israeli Knesset and the Ministry of Health. Tzally holds a PhD from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has earned an MA and BA from Tel Aviv University.
