John Rectanus holds an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BS in Civil Engineering from the same institution. John has been with Wallace Montgomery since January 2020, currently serving as Vice President. Prior to that, John worked at Wallace, Montgomery & Associates from January 2000 to the present as an Associate. Additionally, John completed a program at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 1999 and graduated from Gov. Thomas Johnson High School in 1995.
