Prior to this, Kathi worked at Cascade Commercial Properties, LLC as an Associate/Executive Assistant from April 2006 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing transactions and coordinating communications among various stakeholders. Kathi's career began at Staubach Retail Services as a Regional Manager for the Northwest Region from October 1999 to December 2005, overseeing multiple offices in major cities.
