Kathi Norris has extensive experience in administrative support within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Brokerage Team at Wallace Properties, Inc. since January 2011, following the merger with Cascade Commercial Properties, Kathi has played a key role in streamlining operations. Prior to this, Kathi worked at Cascade Commercial Properties, LLC as an Associate/Executive Assistant from April 2006 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing transactions and coordinating communications among various stakeholders. Kathi's career began at Staubach Retail Services as a Regional Manager for the Northwest Region from October 1999 to December 2005, overseeing multiple offices in major cities.
