Aaron (AJ) Jay is the Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Platform since October 2024, spearheading the introduction of a network of businesses including Hortus, Ukko, Tatou, and Hortbus. As Managing Director of Hortus Ltd since March 2008, Aaron leads efforts in labor services and vineyard management, focusing on client needs and value delivery through a knowledgeable team. Additionally, Aaron serves as a Board Member of NZ Ethical Employers and an Advisory Board Member for Wallace & Stratton, contributing to excellence in employment and real estate services respectively. As the Director and Founder of Tātou, Aaron facilitates horticultural workforce management through an innovative Field App. Aaron's earlier experience includes roles as Vineyard Manager at Ants Nest Management and Assistant Vineyard Manager at Hunter's Wines. Educational achievements include a program at the University of Auckland Business School and advanced horticulture qualifications.
