Ben W Macky is the founder of Wallace & Stratton Real Estate Group, established in July 2015, where the focus is on providing an ideal environment for real estate salespeople through exemplary training and support. Prior to this, Ben held positions at Harcourts New Zealand from 2010 to June 2015 as a Sales Person and Manager, achieving top accolades, including being in the top 3% nationally and securing multiple Platinum Awards. Earlier experience at First National Real Estate from 2009 to 2010 included recognition as a top sales consultant and receiving the Next Generation Award for top agents under 30 in New Zealand for two consecutive years. Ben's educational background includes attending Marlborough Boys College.
