Andrew Barnard

Andrew Barnard is an experienced professional in the field of API security and solutions engineering, currently serving as the Senior Sales Engineer at Wallarm since November 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Cequence Security as a Senior Solutions Engineer, focusing on API security and bot mitigation across EMEA. Andrew's career includes significant positions at F5 and Shape Security, where involvement in the successful acquisition of Shape by F5 occurred, and a foundational role in the EMEA team. Previous experience also includes working as an Engagement Manager at Akamai Technologies and a Technical Support Engineer for the PGA European Tour. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Internet Technology from the University of Portsmouth.
