Gabriel Sandu

Gabriel Sandu is a Senior MLOps Engineer at Wallaroo.AI since November 2022 and a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Inetum since January 2022. Previously, Gabriel worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Sparktech Software, focusing on Explainable Artificial Intelligence, and as a Junior Researcher at Universitatea POLITEHNICA din București, where research involved Multi-Objective Bayesian Optimization and Genetic algorithms for electric circuit sizing. Additional experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Consultant at RepsMate, developing an emotion recognition system, and an internship at Rohde & Schwarz Topex, where Gabriel gained expertise in automated testing and Python programming. Gabriel is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, following a Master's degree in Internet Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same institution.
