Maite Rabuñal

Maite Rabuñal has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, and is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Wallbox. Prior to joining Wallbox, Maite was with Adecco for just over a year as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for the full recruiting cycle for several European countries, including Spain, the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia, and Poland. Maite has a proven track record in reducing recruitment spend by focusing on direct resourcing, leveraging internal and external networks, social media and minimizing dependency on agencies.

Maite Rabuñal has a Degree in Psychology from Universidad Abierta Interamericana, a Tech in Audiovisual Communication from TEA Imagen, and is a Chartered Accountant with a Computer Specialization from Compañia de Maria.
