A Guendelman is the CEO of Wallbreakers, a service business that combines cohort-based training and sourcing of underrepresented software engineers. They previously co-founded BeVisible, a diversity and inclusion talent network that was acquired and built an online Latinx professional community. They served as a consultant for Diversity, Equity & Community Engagement at the University of Colorado Boulder, creating programs and events to connect underrepresented students to the innovation economy. They earned an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, and studied at the University of Chile Law School. Earlier in their career, they held roles including Associate - Project Finance at Debevoise & Plimpton and counsel positions at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, Sutin, Thayer & Browne, and MicroVest Capital Management.
