Jocelyn Benoit has an extensive background in academia and consulting, having served as Chargé de cours at various institutions, including Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and HEC Montréal, while also holding positions at Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, Polytechnique Montréal, and Université Laval. Additionally, Jocelyn functioned as a Formateur for the Cree Nation of Wemindji and a conseiller en employabilité durable for Kativik Regional Government, focusing on skill development for Inuit in construction. Currently, Jocelyn is the Coordonnateur des relations avec les communautés at Wallbridge Mining Company Limited. With an MBA and nearly completed PhD in Knowledge Management from HEC Montréal, Jocelyn has published multiple books on management and decision-making processes.
