Michael Feldmann

Managing Director Quantitative Research And Development at Walleye Capital

Michael Feldmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael started their career at Pasadena Polytechnic High School as a Varsity Track and Field Coach and later became a Varsity Football Coach. In 2001, they joined the Army High Performance Computing Research Center as a Computational Scientist, where they focused on body armor and chemistry applications and developed algorithms. Michael then moved on to the California Institute of Technology as a Senior Scientist, working at the Center for Advanced Computing Research. In 2005, they joined Walleye Capital as a Managing Director of Quantitative Research and Development. Currently, Michael is a member of the City Council for The City of Long Lake, where they serve various advisory roles and acts as the Economic Development Authority Chair Pro Tempore and Planning Commission Liaison.

Michael Feldmann completed their high school education at Alburnett High School from 1990 to 1994. Michael then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Luther College from 1994 to 1998, majoring in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Caltech from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a PhD degree in Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, and Computer Science.
