Neha Kumar began their work experience in 2013 as an Assistant Sales Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where they worked until 2016. NEHA then joined the same company again in 2016 as a Sales Coordinator, focusing on managing schedules, following up on sales quotations, and assisting in the induction and training of new staff. In 2017, Neha worked as a Business Development Manager at WHITEHATS LLC - PHAROOAN HOLDING, where they built market position, developed business relationships, and identified new markets and profitable opportunities. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Redington Value as an Inside Sales Specialist, offering solutions and support to partners, managing quotations and discounts from vendors, and ensuring timely processing of orders and billing. Following that, Neha became a Product Specialist at Redington Value, responsible for SonicWALL Business Profitability, stock inventory, and marketing activities. In 2022, they joined WALLIX Group as a Business Development Representative.

Neha Kumar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Fr Conceicao College of Engg, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their schooling at St. Terersa's Convent High School, Santacruz West, where they attained a 10th Grade degree, from 1995 to 2007. Aside from their formal education, Neha has also obtained a driver's license from the Roads and Transport Authority, although the specific month and year of certification are not provided.
