Pierre VIEL

Pierre VIEL has work experience as an Apprentice Engineer in Cybersecurity Support at WALLIX Group since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Student in Apprenticeship at La Sauvegarde des Yvelines from December 2019 to August 2022. Pierre also gained experience as an Interim worker at Groupe Renault in August 2019 and as a Warehouse Worker at Groupe 3S - Alyzia in August 2018.

Pierre VIEL has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer science and cybersecurity.

Pierre began their educational journey at Lycée Edouard Branly in Dreux (28), where they obtained their Baccalauréat STI2D with a specialization in Système d’Information et Numérique (SIN).

In 2018, Pierre attended UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, where they pursued a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in GEII (Génie Electrique Informatique Industrielle) at the IUT de Vélizy.

From 2019 to 2021, Pierre enrolled at ESIEE-IT (École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Électrotechnique et Électronique - Institut de Technologie) to earn their BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in SIO (Services informatiques aux organisations) with an emphasis on solutions d'infrastructure, systèmes et réseaux.

Continuing their education, Pierre pursued a license degree at ESIEE-IT from 2021 to 2022. This degree focused on general computer science from the CNAM Ile-de-France, with an option in cybersécurité.

Their educational journey culminated in pursuing a Master's degree at ESIEE-IT, starting in 2022 and concluding in 2024. The Master's program is titled "Expert en ingénierie informatique et innovation numérique" with an option in cybersécurité (cybersecurity).

In addition to their formal education, Pierre also obtained a certification as a Wallix Certified Expert (WCE-P PAM - BASTION) from the WALLIX Group in April 2023.
