Luis Delgado has over 15 years of experience in various safety and risk management roles. Luis started their career in the US Navy as an Electrician Mate for over a decade. Luis then worked at International Paper Corporation as a Corrugator Shift Supervisor and Manufacturing Safety Manager, where they implemented a Maintenance Management System and installed equipment worth $2.5 million. After that, they joined Smurfirt Stone Container as a Safety and Environmental Manager, where they administered and directed safety, environmental, and quality programs.
