Alan Yeoh is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and lifecycle marketing. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of CRM & Lifecycle at Walmart since September 2020, Alan also co-founded Retold Recycling, a subscription service aimed at facilitating clothing and textile recycling. Prior roles include leadership positions at Airbnb, Uber, The Vitamin Shoppe, and The Estée Lauder Companies, where Alan developed global CRM strategies and loyalty programs. Alan's early career included strategic consulting at BT and Teradata, along with business development at Carlson Marketing and Telstra. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School, a Master of Commerce in International Business from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Business in International Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
