Allison Dolan is a driven portfolio manager and educator with extensive experience in project management and transformational operations. Currently a teacher at Springdale Public Schools, they also serve as a Senior Manager for Walmart and have held the role of Project Coordinator for the Athlete Advocate Consortium. With a Master's degree in Teaching from the University of Arkansas, Allison is committed to advocating for associate growth and enhancing customer experience while leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to foster operational excellence.
