Amy Shoemaker is the Director of Quality at Walmart, where they lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives for grocery distribution centers nationwide. Previously, they accumulated over 20 years of management experience in logistics and supply chain, particularly at Walmart Distribution Center, where they served in various roles including Quality Assurance and Systems Manager. Amy holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the American Public University System and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from UT Knoxville. They are passionate about delivering value and service to customers while empowering associates and partners.
