Ann Cato

Ann Cato is currently the Lead Counsel at Walmart, where they specialize in various legal areas including corporate governance, benefits administration, and compliance. With earlier experience as Vice President and Global Chief Ethics Officer at Walmart, Ann established the first Global Ethics Office and developed risk reduction plans. They also served as Counsel at Simpson and Graham Law Firm, advising clients on ERISA governed benefit plans, and held roles at Arkansas and Missouri Railroad and Walmart in various legal and administrative capacities. Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
