Anson Bass

Anson Bass has a diverse background in operations and production management, beginning with a role as Operations Team Coordinator at Nestlé Waters from February 2015 to April 2017, where talent recruitment was a key responsibility. Subsequently, Anson served at BlueTriton Brands from April 2017 to July 2022, initially as Operations Line Owner, overseeing product output and maintenance planning, and later as Production Resource, managing a team of 76 employees and successfully implementing employee evaluations that led to a significantly low turnover rate. Following a brief tenure as Technical Resource at Primo Brands in early 2025, Anson is currently working as Production Manager at Walmart, having graduated from Hamilton County High School with a diploma in 2008.
