Ashley Mocek

Ashley Mocek, PHR, is the Senior Manager of Benefits & Wellbeing at Walmart, where they lead projects to enhance the associate experience during critical times related to leave of absence and disability. Previously, Ashley served as Benefits Manager for LOA Integrations at Walmart, where they optimized processes and managed complex integrations. Their extensive HR experience includes roles as Employee Relations Manager at G&G Independent Insurance and HR Generalist at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., where they effectively handled leave of absence cases and employee relations. Ashley also contributed as an Operations Manager at Oral and Facial Surgery Center, leading operational tasks and ensuring patient care excellence. Currently, Ashley is pursuing education at NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
