Ashra Zed

Ashra Zed is an experienced volunteer and sales professional with a strong commitment to social causes and customer service. Currently serving as a Volunteer at 412 Food Rescue since August 2021, Ashra focuses on addressing hunger and climate change by redirecting surplus food to nonprofit organizations. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at MACY'S BACKSTAGE, INC., and Marshall's Inc., as well as a Sales Intern at Astreca. Earlier sales experience includes a position at The Salvation Army. Ashra began an Apparel Sales Associate role at Walmart in August 2023. Academically, Ashra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Point Park University and is currently pursuing non-degree studies in Psychology at the Community College of Allegheny County, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
