Beth Rivera

Beth Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supplier transformation and asset protection, currently serving as the Senior Director of Supplier Transformation at Walmart. With a BBA in International Business and an MBA focused on Continuous Improvement, they have held various positions within Walmart since 2006, showcasing expertise in business strategy, process development, and cross-functional collaboration. They are also Wicklander certified and hold Six Sigma Green and Black Belts. In addition to their corporate roles, Beth has been a board member of The Equality Crew and involved with the Parent Advisory Council at Arkansas Children’s Hospital since 2022.
