Bill Cushing

Bill Cushing is an experienced professional in facilities management and retail operations, with a career spanning over three decades. At Kohl's Department Stores from November 2010 to October 2020, Bill served as Territory Facilities Manager, overseeing facilities processes for over 240 stores across the Western Territory of the United States, in addition to roles as Remodel Coordinator and Assistant Store Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Team Leader for Logistics at Target, where Bill managed a team in a Super Target store, and as Group Leader in warehousing. Bill also served in the United States Navy for over 20 years, retiring as Chief Petty Officer after serving on multiple sea commands and shore stations. Currently, Bill holds the position of Regional Manager in Facilities Management at Walmart. Educational qualifications include an AA in Nuclear Technology from the University of Phoenix, a BS in Education, Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA in Operations Management and Ecommerce from Old Dominion University.
